Quality Specialist

Mission Statement:
Responsible for quality assurance & control manufacturing process compliance with systems, tools and teams to achive customer requirements while ensuring sustainable operations. Support and maintain the QMS of the factory inline with global guidelines.
Main Accountabilities
1. Lead Quality technical team to perform related quality jobs, meet KPIs/ Targets of Company & Department.
2. Follow Production processes to ensure production complies with work instructions and products meet the quality requirements.
3. Manage and resolve NCR (Non-Conformance Report) and CCRP (Customer Complaint Resolution Process) on time and meet requirement
4. Perform investigation for Test Failure cases or Critical Issues, Root Cause Analysis - Effective Improvement Action Follow Up
5. Performs audits and uses Quality data analytics from all parts of the operation to identify risks, failures and non-conformances within the local operations, its suppliers and customers. SPC
6. Take lead related improvement projects (DMAIC, 8D) - PDCA, QC 7 tools
7. Excuse factory internal audit program which assigned by Quality Manager
8. Coordinate with Production, Design to perform FMEA & DFMEA (Failure_Mode_and_Effect_Analysis)
9. Participate in customer audits, inspections
10. Support sales in Tender document preparation for Quality aspects
11. Establish ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) by project
12. Responsible for quality check cards management & revision
13. Quality training and support to employees
14. Other jobs assigned by Head of Quality Assurance / Quality Manager.
