The Quality/Technical Process manager is responsible for the overall quality performance of our operations in Vietnam. It includes the Rx lenses produced locally at ETCV, the Rx lenses offshored and the stock products. The Technical
Process Manager is responsible for the strict implementation of Essilor group technical processes in ETCV. The role is responsible for the quality of our product, the quality of our service to customer, customer returns management, customer satisfaction survey and action plan, QMS/ISO, regulation.
The position will have to work independently, report to the Vietnam Operations Manager and 2 other functional managers in Singapore. It will be based in Long An (Kizuna 2, Tan Kim Industrial Park, Can Giuoc, Long An) with regular visit to Office in District 7, Ho Chi Minh city.
• Responsible to ensure ETCV Rx lab is following all production standards and processes and that all quality tests are performed correctly as per Essilor standards.
• Prepare training materials and work instructions on processes and quality for ETCV operators.
• Train operators, ensure that work instructions on quality are respected.
• Responsible to setup and ensure adherence to customer returns guidelines. All returns must be analyzed and recorded in our system. Weekly quality reporting to detect rapidly a deviation of our quality. Root cause analysis and action plan.
• Work with SF, Rx offshore and stock suppliers on quality issues
• Regulation: Follow up with Group requirements and local regulation to ensure all are complied
• Implement QMS and maintain ISO13485 standards for ETCV
• Responsible for the Product registration (Certificate of Free Sales) required for the importation of lenses. All products must have a BCP offshore plan.
• Responsible for the customer satisfaction survey and action plan coordination
• Support the implementation for projects of improving capacities, productivities and quality
