We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Content Executive to lead content planning and execution across key social commerce and e-commerce channels.
This role is responsible for developing video-first, sales-oriented content that supports both traffic growth and sales performance, especially across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, and related digital channels. The ideal candidate is strong in content planning, scriptwriting, and production coordination, with the ability to turn business priorities into effective and scalable content output.
Key Responsibilities:
· Own content planning across TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Website, and related digital channels, aligned with campaign priorities, product focus, and business objectives.
· Develop sales-oriented content directions with a strong video-first approach, ensuring content supports both traffic generation and conversion goals.
· Generate ideas, build content angles, and write scripts for short-form videos, ad content, and performance-driven creative assets.
· Translate product features, campaign messages, and commercial priorities into content that is easy to consume, relevant to platform behavior, and effective in driving product interest.
· Manage production timelines and coordinate closely with
Designers,
Video Editors, studios, talents, and external agencies to ensure content is delivered on time and at the required quality.
· Work closely with
Digital Marketing / Performance team to develop content that is usable, scalable, and optimized for paid media and e-commerce performance.
· Ensure content output is not only visually aligned with brand direction, but also practical and effective in supporting traffic, clicks, engagement, and sales.
· Track and analyze content performance using relevant metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, product interest, and conversion signals, then continuously improve content direction based on learnings.
· Research market trends, competitors, audience behavior, and platform content patterns to identify new opportunities and improve overall content effectiveness.
· Support other related content and digital tasks when needed.
