JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Business Manager
located in My Tho. The ideal
candidate will have strong English skills to support the growth of our supplier
development, sales support, and export business to the US market. You will be
responsible for sourcing new suppliers,
managing delivery operations, ensuring order-to-delivery efficiency, and
supporting the US-based sales team.
Responsibilities:
Support
the setup of the new promotional business, including supplier network
setup, operational process design, employee recruitment, and training.
Manage
customers, including quoting prices, sending samples, negotiating,
convincing customers to buy products, and closing contracts.
Oversee
the contract payment process, debt management, and customer care before,
during, and after contracts.
Explore
customer needs and collaborate with the US team to develop products that
best meet these needs.
Research,
negotiate, and select suitable suppliers; build and maintain partner
relationships.
Develop
and implement effective purchasing strategies to reduce costs and optimize
performance.
Ensure the
procurement operation process
complies with legal regulations and internal policies.
Manage
orders and track deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness, including
quality checks.
Perform
supplier reviews and recommend improvements in the purchasing process.
Manage
contracts and ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
REQUIREMENTS
Location:
Remote: HCMC
On-site: My Tho, Tien Giang
Qualifications
Bachelor's
degree in Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related field
2+ years
of experience in B2B business, eCommerce, procurement, or a related field with a focus on
product management and customer.
Strong
knowledge of purchasing processes and negotiation methods.
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and act
on trends and opportunities.
Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively
with cross-functional teams.
Flexible
working hours to support US clients, including calls with customers and
the US team.
Ability to
work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
simultaneously.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our sourcing
practice has many projects with engineering products that require technical
drawings. Some examples are: valves, actuators, injection molding parts
etc...
As a 2D Designer/Drafter, your
responsibilities entail creating accurate and detailed technical drawings to
facilitate procurement projects. Your role is pivotal in drafting drawings for
a diverse range of products, spanning from consumer retail items to industrial
machine parts. You'll also handle corrections or revisions to the 2D drawings
as requested. This position is perfect for someone passionate about both 2D
design and the creative process, who enjoys collaborating with customers
worldwide and pays meticulous attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Create
detailed 2D designs using CAD software.
● Make
corrections or revise old pdf copies of drawings and convert them to 2D or 3D
models as requested.
● Train
a small team of assistants to increase your capacity and capabilities.
● Stay
up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in CAD processes.
● Ensure
that drawings comply with all client requirements, regulations, and standards.
● Collaborate
with Procurement manager to ensure designs are achievable and feasible within
project timelines and budgets.
REQUIREMENTS
We need people who can learn,
work hard and willing to explore new and interesting careers. The skills below
are nice to have but not limit.

Proficient
in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or similar programs.

Strong
technical drawing skills, with the ability to create accurate, detailed, and
precise technical drawings.

drawings.

Excellent
communication, teamwork and training skills.

Good
time management and organizational skills.

Ability
