COMPANY INTRODUCTION
The Global Alliance on Health and Pollution - GAHP is a collaborative body of over 70 members and dozens of observers that works through our network of international and national level agencies to apply a multi-sectoral approach to addressing the global pollution crisis and its resulting health and economic impacts.
Recognizing the need to use a multi-stakeholder approach for addressing pollution and its health impacts and putting it on the global agenda as a priority issue, GAHP was formed by Pure Earth in 2012. The Alliance was started with representatives from The World Bank, UNEP, UNDP, UNIDO, Asian Development Bank, the European Commission, and Ministries of Environment and Health of many low and middle-income countries (LMICs) to formulate strategies to address pollution and health at scale. GAHP was incorporated as a foundation in 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Today GAHP works across the globe assisting low and middle income countries to prioritize health outcomes by addressing pollution through its Health and Pollution Action Plans (HPAPs) and solutions planning and resource mobilisation. GAHP equally focuses on building public, technical and financial support to increase awareness on pollution and promote scientific research and track progress around it.

ABOUT GAHP:
GAHP works across the globe to help low- and middle-income countries prioritise health outcomes by addressing pollution. GAHP equally focuses on building public, technical, and financial support to increase awareness on pollution, promote scientific research, and track progress around it. We are looking for a talented Social Media Consultant to join us part-time to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience in Vietnam.
SCOPES OF DUTIES:
*The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising our social media content across various platforms. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our initiatives, events, and projects.
Experience in optimising advertising campaigns on social media is a plus.
Community Engagement: Grow our followers, Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions with our followers to foster a vibrant online community.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance and provide monthly and annual reports to the communication team with insightful and actionable recommendations.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity, voice, and values.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our social media strategy.
Website content management and updates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in social media management or a similar role. Applicants with prior experience in NGO/Public sector will be prioritised.
SKILLS:
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Ability to read and generate reports from social media insights and/or Google Analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese. Other languages are an advantage.
Creativity and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to analyse data and generate insights.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.
Other: Knowledge of Vietnamese social media landscape and cultural nuances.
