• Quản lý quy trình vận hành máy móc, đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sản xuất.
• Quản lý, phân công và hướng dẫn nhân sự trong bộ phận.
• Theo dõi tình trạng máy móc, xử lý sự cố và đề xuất cải tiến.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn, chất lượng và 5S.
• Manage and oversee production activities in the Felt Department.
• Manage machine operation processes to ensure production schedules and quality.
• Manage, assign, and provide guidance to employees in the department.
• Monitor machine conditions, handle breakdowns, and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S requirements.
• Có kinh nghiệm
quản lý sản xuất hoặc quản lý công đoạn trong ngành dệt may, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm liên quan đến Nỉ và vận hành máy móc sản xuất.
• Có kỹ năng
quản lý nhân sự, điều phối công việc và xử lý vấn đề.
• Có khả năng kiểm soát chất lượng, tiến độ và năng suất sản xuất.
• Chủ động, trách nhiệm và chịu được áp lực công việc.
• Experience in production management or process management in the textile industry; experience in Felt production and related machine operations is preferred.
• Strong skills in people management, work coordination, and problem-solving.
• Ability to control quality, production schedules, and productivity.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
