Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Experience
Achieve store sales targets and support overall business growth.
Lead and support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service.
Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a professional manner.
2. Store Operations
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.
Maintain product displays, visual merchandising, and brand presentation in line with company guidelines.
Monitor the condition of store facilities and equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
Ensure all products are properly priced, labeled, and compliant with applicable regulations.
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, supervise, and motivate store employees.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations.
Train and develop team members, particularly in sales skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing work environment.
4. Inventory & Financial Control
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure all sales revenue is accurately recorded and submitted according to company procedures.
Minimize inventory discrepancies and operational losses.
5. Reporting & Communication
Prepare and submit required operational, sales, and inventory reports.
Provide timely feedback regarding staffing, customer concerns, operational issues, and business opportunities.
Work closely with other departments to support store performance and business objectives.
6. Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the direct manager to support business and operational needs.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
Experience in sporting goods, premium retail, or related industries is preferred.
Strong sales and customer relationship management skills.
Proven ability to lead, train, and develop retail teams.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred; additional training will be provided.
Native Vietnamese, and good conversational and written English.
