- Recruiting, training, assigning work, monitoring and evaluating the performance of employees in the department.
- Responsible for closely monitoring the import and export status and inventory of necessary foods and beverages for F&B services.
- Responsible for operating F&B activities to achieve the best efficiency (Customer service , quality ..v..v)
- Make and manage the monthly/weekly/daily target plan of: revenue, human resources, production plan
- Refer to suggestions for effective promotions
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
- Manage, guide, develop skills and evaluate staff.
- Manage the working style and attitude of employees at the store.
- Overall management of business results, marketing strategy, product and service quality as well as hygiene in the store.
- General management of Customer Service, handling customer complaints.
- Manage sales reports at the stores
- Responsible for store operations.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Execute sales strategies and reach potential customers
- Report performance issues on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Proactively forecast market sales, growth, and profit
- Closely follow the production plan and delivery schedule.
- Supervising the production process and the working process of staff to ensure the rational use of raw materials, and products are made in accordance with the instructions of the asset documentation process.
- Ensure quality objectives, predict quality risks and take preventive measures.
- Check and supervise the Export-Import - Inventory and inventory time of each type of product.
