1. Conduct and manage bonding department to run smooth developments and manufacturing by achieving relevant products on efficiency, line balancing, layouts, daily outputs, quality standards, relevant wash tests.
2. Develop and enforce Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) for both development and manufacturing processes in the bonding department.
3. Actively participate in development and manufacturing meetings to provide guidelines for construction and bonding Techniques.
4. Evaluate construction and select appropriate adhesives during the development stage to optimize quality and efficiency.
5. Calculate required manpower and machinery for bulk production using Standard Minute Value (SMV) calculations.
6. Maintain bonding machines by liaising with suppliers to schedule necessary services.
7. Conduct essential testing and validate bulk production process, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure quality control.
8. Handle laser cut developments and manufacturing with proper requirements.
9. Generate cost-saving ideas through conduct trials and provide guidance and monitoring to relevant parties to implement successful cost saving measures.
10. Source and validate new adhesives within the region, ensuring they meet the necessary quality and performance standards.
11. Worked with embellishment suppliers to achieve strike off quality standards, bulk productions.
