We are looking for a Business
Development & Regulatory Support Executive to join our Quang Ngai
office. This position offers opportunities to develop expertise in medical
device regulations and business development through professional training and
collaboration with our global teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Build and maintain client
databases, focusing on global medical device manufacturers.
Support the Sales team in
handling client inquiries, preparing service quotations, and following up on
business opportunities.
Communicate with global clients
and coordinate with internal teams on business development and regulatory
matters.
Assist in preparing basic
materials for presentations or promotional use when required.
Support promotion of company
events (e.g., webinars).
Support regulatory submissions
for assigned projects/countries, which may include completion of submissions or
notifications, as required.
Learn to read and understand
regulations, technical standards, guidance documents, test reports, clinical
and medical terminology, technical product information, and complex documents.
Proactively investigate and
capitalize on regulatory information collected throughout studies and maintain
the regulatory database accordingly.
Other duties as
assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Major in related fields, such as
Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Foreign Languages,
Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Medicinal Chemistry.
Fluent in English is a must;
other languages will be an advantage. Candidates who can speak Chinese will
be a big plus.
Fresh graduates or candidates
with 0-2 years of working experience are welcome. Prior experience in RA is not
required; professional training will be provided.
Ability to manage multiple
projects, set priorities to meet deadlines.
Keeping attention to details.
Strong interpersonal skills,
both written and oral.
Basic skills in MS Office: Word,
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
Prior experience in Sales,
Business Development or Customer Service will be an advantage.
