Quantity Surveyor Excutive (Kỹ Sư QS)

- Graduated from technical university majoring in mechanical, electrical, automation, ETC.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in technical management, senior project management, workload analysis, number of personnel to organize tenders or bids.
- Experience in working in large real estate OPERATION and management companies in the market is an advantage.
- Understanding of P&L statements, operating budgets, planning, scheduling, and the reporting of financial data as well as economic and accounting principles and practices.
- Critical thinking: Be able to systematically arrange information; identify patterns and relationships in complex data; examine data to identify implications, problems, and draw appropriate conclusions; produce alternative solutions to problems; and assess the merits and shortcomings of alternative solutions and approaches to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in human resource modeling, leadership style, production techniques, and the coordination of people and resources.
- Mathematics skill to promote problem-solving.
- Effectively communicate in writing as necessary to meet client needs.
- Be able to use business knowledge to foresee possibilities and risks by having a solid understanding of market dynamics, company level objectives, financial indicators, and key components of Lotte business.
