You want to be an important member of a strong team of other makers who take pride in their work and support each other. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for operating estimating-based applications to assimilate house estimates for base and options utilizing traditional 2D takeoff methodology to a quality that meets or exceeds total customer satisfaction. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Creating, reviewing, analyzing, understanding, and modifying USA residential estimates to meet client needs and specifications
- Having and applying a knowledge of residential estimation practices and standards.
- Work in a team environment, take direction, and collaborate in meetings.
- Providing an above average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external).
- Developing and maintaining moderate productivity speed, quality control and accuracy on projects.
- Training new team members in software functionality and client standards.
- Exposure to basic Pipeline functions and theories.
- Exposure to client communication through email, and conference calls.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu

If you can do everything listed above, you have what it takes. Some of the following would be helpful too:
- Bachelor's degree with major in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Construction Materials
- Knowledge about Wood House structure, detail of Wood Framing
- Ability to read / interpret Construction Drawing.
- Ability to perform taking-off quantity from designed drawings
- English skills equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher
- Good at communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Being familiar with Excel is a plus
- Personal time management skills for meeting established deadlines.
- Be able to work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and absorb new things, customer focus and result oriented
- High attention to detail with high level of cognitive skills.
- Integrity and carefulness.
