Preparing project schedule, tender schedule
Setting up cost, budget, and scope of work for the project
Preparing tender document of consultant package, contractor package
Preparing tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract
Preparing letter of acceptance, Fidic contract document
Be responsible for contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor
Checking for V.O and final account
Managing and updating cost database
