Leading new product developments
 Creation and execution of the project timelines.
 Prepare specifications and other technical documentations (process SOP, trial report)
 Coordinate with other departments all steps needed for new products development.
 Lead, plan and execute factory trials and lab tests.
 Evaluate the performance of the new products during first productions runs.
Drive improvements on existing products and processes
 Support factories to solve incidents related to quality/ food safety and performance.
 Perform process analysis searching for optimization opportunities.
 Provide technical guidance to the organization to develop process understanding.
 Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the manager.
