Mô tả công việc

Job Overview:
Assist the superior to complete the company's new product research and development work, participate in the research and demonstration of new materials and new processes, improve and optimize the products in process. Improve the technical level of products and the company's technical innovation ability.
The mission is to support the global and regional teams within industry based on technologically advanced global platforms sourced from low-cost factories and supply chains. The role is based in Hai Phong, Vietnam.
Assist R&D Manager to make R&D department's working plan.
Participate in implementation of new product development and research product technology improvement. Ensure timely organization of new product's trial production.
Participate in the implementation of the company's technical improvement projects.
Solve technical problems in the production process, participate in technical research, improve product quality and production efficiency.
Develop and design door closers and ground springs, from design tracking to small batch production.
Fulfill the establishment of BOM of new products, 3D modeling, 2D drawings, and formulated technical parameters and standards.
Follow up the trial production, deal with the problems, timely design modification/change.
Improve and maintenance of existing products, design and improvement of existing products according to demand.
VA/VE of old products to achieve cost savings.
Optimize and integrate products with other door closer companies in the ASSA ABLOY group.
Other temporary work arranged by superior leaders.

Yêu cầu

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Engineering, specialized in mechanic, machinery, material, or casting
More than 4-5 years of working experience in hardware factory and development design experience of mechanical components
Be familiar with the relevant domestic and foreign standards of mechanical products & components
Familiar with basic engineering tools like FMEA, Process Capability, PDCA, APQP, PPAP
Familiar with all design tools and software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc
Have project management experience, have experienced at least 2 successful projects
Deep understanding of mechanical engineering (milling, turning, grinding, polishing, casting...)
Understand technological processes in mechanical processing
Have knowledge and experience in CNC machining and robot
Familiar with product structure and production process
Proficient in English reading and writing and able to work with multinational colleagues around the world
Must be self-directed, well organized and have good follow-up skills
Good ability to work under pressure, good spirit of innovation and team spirit
Good management and communication skills and learning ability
Adhere to the principle, have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
