Mô tả Công việc
The R&D Manager is responsible for leading the development and innovation of new beverage products. This includes overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to product testing, scale-up, and launch. The R&D Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful commercialization of new and improved beverage offerings.
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the company's beverage product pipeline, aligned with overall business objectives
Manage and direct a team of R&D scientists, food technologists, and product developers
Identify and evaluate new product ideas and concepts based on consumer insights, market trends, and technical feasibility
Lead the product development process, including formula development, prototype creation, sensory evaluation, and scale-up
Collaborate with quality assurance, operations, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth product launches
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development
Manage research and development budgets and timelines to maximize efficiency and return on investment
Document and maintain thorough records of product formulations, processes, and test results
Provide technical expertise and support to sales, marketing, and other business functions as needed

Yêu cầu công việc

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in food science, chemical engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in research and development within the food or beverage industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully developing and launching new products
Strong technical skills in areas such as food chemistry, formulation, and process development
Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of consumer preferences and market trends

Công ty CP Hàng tiêu dùng Masan (Masan Consumer) có tiền thân là Công ty CP Công nghệ - Kỹ thuật - Thương mại Việt Tiến, chuyên sản xuất thực phẩm chế biến và các sản phẩm ngành gia vị. Sau nhiều lần chuyển đổi, đến ngày 10/06/2015, công ty đổi tên thành Công ty CP Hàng tiêu dùng Masan.

Công ty CP Hàng tiêu dùng Masan (Masan Consumer) hiện được đánh giá là một trong những công ty hàng tiêu dùng lớn nhất Việt Nam. Công ty hiện đang sản xuất và phân phối nhiều mặt hàng thực phẩm và đồ uống, bao gồm các mặt hàng gia vị (nước mắm, nước tương, tương ớt), hàng thực phẩm tiện lợi (mì ăn liền, bữa ăn sáng tiện lợi), và các sản phẩm đồ uống (cà phê hòa tan, ngũ cốc hòa tan và nước khoáng). Công ty bắt đầu đi vào hoạt động trong năm 2000 và từ đó đã phát triển thành công danh mục sản phẩm và hệ thống phân phối để thiết lập vị thế hàng đầu của mình trên thị trường hàng thực phẩm và đồ uống có thương hiệu ở Việt Nam. Masan Consumer đã tạo nên các thương hiệu được yêu thích và tin dùng hàng đầu tại Việt Nam như Chin-su, Omachi, Kokomi, Nam Ngư...
