1. R&D Engineer
Location: Lô số 9, đường N7, Khu công nghiệp công nghệ cao Long Thành, Phường Long Thành, TP Đồng Nai, Việt Nam
Job Description:
- Lead R&D of new modified plastic products, including formulation design, process optimization, and performance testing.
- Transform laboratory formulations into scalable industrial processes, ensuring stability and cost efficiency.
- Enhance product properties such as strength, toughness, flame retardancy, and weather resistance.
- Prepare technical documentation, inspection standards, and operating manuals.
- Provide technical support to clients in automotive, electronics, and home appliance sectors.
- Monitor industry trends, participate in exhibitions, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage R&D projects, coordinate resources, and contribute to innovation and intellectual property filings.
2. Sale Engineer
Location: Hà Nội & Hồ Chí Minh
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customers and expand market
- Provide technical solutions and manage customer projects
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams
Yêu cầu
Candidate Requirements:
1. Master's degree or higher in Polymer Science & Engineering, Polymer Chemistry & Physics, Polymerization & Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering & Technology, or related fields.
2. Strong English communication skills; Chinese language proficiency is an advantage.
3. Initiative, excellent interpersonal communication, and strong data analysis skills.
4. Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver innovative solutions.
5. Willingness to travel frequently and participate in extended overseas assignments.
Be available for frequent business travel and long-term overseas training assignments in China and Vietnam (1-2 years).
