Roles and Responsibilities
• Line Management under the Digital Director, reporting on weekly activities.
• Receive training in digital software and topics, with the ability to train project teams.
• Responsible for the implementation and reporting of digital training for all project delivery staff.
• Provide technical advice/input/solution.
• In coordination with the Line Manager, work collaboratively with Junior team members to successfully complete projects, including task assignment and ensuring their accurate and timely execution.
• Plan & create priorities for the development of Atlas tools under the instruction of the Digital Director.
• Support the implementation of the strategic roadmap across the company, which includes topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, company efficiency, automation, and audits.
• Support the R&D team to deliver new custom applications to augment the effective use of BIM software for the different teams of the company. Regularly update, maintain, and document those applications.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of automated BIM solutions for 3D models & 2D drawings.
• Collaborate with the Digital Twin initiatives.
• Identify industry trends and team needs for the development of new tools.
• Operate as an innovative leader among the team.
• Provide technical support to the team and collaborate in workshops with the different departments.
• Collaborate in R&D projects, such as 3DVR/AR, generative design, AI, etc.
• Document the developed software solutions in an organized and sustainable manner.
• Attend R&D meetings and workshops.
• Perform any other duties and assignments by the Line Manager related to the job function.
• Support the team for other Digital activities when requested.
Yêu cầu
• Degree, Associate Diploma or Diploma from either Architecture, Structure, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &/or Hydraulic Engineering & at least two years post-graduate experience.
• Experienced in digital tool development for project delivery; Dynamo, Grasshopper, Python, C#, or others. Capable of developing Atlas in-house tools and for clients.
• Experience in the utilization of AI proprietary technology such as LLM systems, AI generative design, or AI documentation software for Architecture and Engineering (as an advantage).
• Experience in the research, study and assessment of new technologies, to define if the adoption of the software will bring efficiencies to the broad company.
• Experience in the development of customized AI tools (as an advantage).
• Demonstrated experience participating in technical teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present technical material.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize the most important tasks.
• Fast learner with an aptitude for technology. Commitment to stay current on industry best practices.
• Eager to research, explore, and learn new software, to find the best solution to different situations.
• Successful at facilitating a collaborative team environment and leading consensus within a team.
Technical requirement
• Good understanding of BIM workflows.
• Code writing, review, test, and deploy skills.
• Checking and supervising ability.
• Ability to undertake tasks autonomously & within a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• A team player who is willing to share experience and learn new skills to achieve the best possible results together.
• Self-checking ability.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and help manage the output of junior members.
Trainer / Training
• Attend training to enhance skills.
• Training/coaching and mentoring capacity.
• Identify training needs and collaborate in the training and development of new and experienced staff.
Software skills
• Advanced experience in multiple BIM Authoring Platforms - Revit (ArchiCAD, Tekla, or others as an advantage).
• Experienced in Automation plug-ins & Platforms as an advantage: Dynamo, Grasshopper, pyRevit, etc.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools, search engines, and software relevant to job functions.
• Knowledgeable with Autodesk Revit APIs. Knowledge on other APIs as an advantage.
• Proficiency in two or more of the following languages: C# (or VB.NET), Python, JavaScript, Excel VBA, C, C++, Java, Perl, BASH, PowerShell, PHP.
• Practical experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, or others), as an advantage.
• Experience with developing components/add-ins in Revit (other systems as an advantage).
Language skills
• English language level, reading, writing, speaking (equivalent in CEFR).
• Advanced level of communication skills in speaking, listening, writing & reading.
• Confident in communication with expatriates.
• Able to study English documents.
• Preparedness to work overtime when required.
