R&D Senior Engineer

Job Overview:
Be responsible for the ASSA ABLOY's door closer new product development, product improvement and company technology development and management, to ensure that the company's products meet the market requirement and demand.
The mission is to support the global and regional teams within industry based on technologically advanced global platforms sourced from low-cost factories and supply chains.
Be responsible for the organization, implementation of new product development and research product technology improvement, timely organization of new product's trial production.
Be responsible for organizing the development of the company's technical management system and product technical standards.
Be responsible for timely organizing the preparation of the company's technology development plan, and timely reporting to the company's leaders and relevant departments.
Be responsible for the department's technical drawings, technical data archiving management; Responsible for the development of strict technical data storage system.
Reasonable and adequate use of technical materials.
Be responsible for timely guidance, processing, coordination and solution of technical problems in the production process, to ensure the normal progress of production and operation work, to ensure that the company's production plan is completed on time.
Build and provide technical training across the plant.
Be responsible for staff management and performance appraisal of the department.
Other temporary work arranged by superior leaders.
Ensures compliance with Company standards for cost control, quality, safety, environmental responsibility, inventory management, waste reduction.
Comply with Code of Conduct and Company employment policies/guidelines,
Assesses and builds leadership bench-strength and organizational capabilities as well as creates a collaborative high performance work environment.
Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate operational performance and improved working relationships.
