R&D Senior Engineer

I. Process R&D
*Develop processes and windows of communication between customers and internals
- Process Concept Design, Customer Facing and technical negotiation.
- Working with PM and Project Owner to lead and control Project
*Quality system
- Responsible for Technical and Quality Development of Project.
- Process Design Verification, Equipment Verification for MP
*Product Development
Lead Project Engineers, Lead FACA, Lead Data Analysis, Lead Technical Report, and documents (Drawing, DFM, QCP, SOP, FMEA, FACA, etc...)
II. Optical Design
* Product design, contact window between customers and internals
- Design and prototype new products, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optical and mechanical components.
- Design and refine mechanical structures and assemblies that complement optical systems.
* Develop technical solutions for product manufacturing and testing processes
- Develop and build function testers for validating optical performance
- Design and construct automatic visual inspection (AVI) systems for quality control.
* Market research, NPI development orientation suitable to the company's production capacity
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the micro-optic field - Provide insights to guide product development and competitive strategies for the near future
