Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a R&D Supervisor (LED, $1200):
Lead and oversee LED research and development projects, ensuring technical feasibility and innovation.
Manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring project timelines are met.
Conduct design, testing, and optimization of LED products, including optical, thermal, and electronic circuit aspects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to align R&D with business goals.
Research and evaluate new LED technologies, materials, and components to enhance product performance.
Support international projects and coordinate with global partners, including overseas business trips when required.
Requirement
Male/Female
College graduate
Over 5 years of experience in instrument and LED design
Proficient in AutoCAD design
Willing to travel abroad for business trips.
