- A positive attitude of self-challenging, problem-solving
- Be positive, energetic and eager to learn new knowledge and skills
- Excellent written and open verbal communication skills
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of the intricacies of the chemical interplay between anode, cathode, and electrolyte properties
- Knowledge of how the properties of the material itself affect the electrochemical properties of the cell
- Demonstrated ability of team collaboration as well as great self-motivation
- Strong results-driven attitude to think deeply and action-oriented
- Good project managing ability
- Experience in cell engineering and electrochemical testing
