✈ Supervise and lead ramp staff to improve our performance targets, specifically turnaround targets, punctuality targets, and mishandled baggage targets and other targets according to the company's requirements.
✈ Monitoring & Maintaining occupational health & safety at working area.
✈ Develop effective relationships that promote and enhance VJ's image and business efficiency.
✈ Participate in guiding, and training the new staff and the lower level staff in order to limit the possible mistakes during the service process.
✈ Ensure that all incidents/accidents must be reported by relevant staff and comply with applicable regulations and company procedures as defined in company manuals and work practices.
✈ Update and distribute all updated/new policies, and new procedures must be distributed to the related department, and ensure that information relating to operational procedural changes is effectively communicated to all appropriate staff.
✈ Assist BOD in planning, and evaluating the department/ team's activities to maintain safety and develop service quality.
✈ Coordinate with the related departments for VJ operations, which included: crew transportation, flight operation [protected info] staff resource allocation, and the management to achieve performance targets for the business. Record and communicate operational data as required.
✈ Monitoring, checking, ensure all broken GSEs must be repaired, and maintained timely; in order to ensure safety for whole operations.
✈ Ensure serviceability of all ground equipment and timely repair to ensure the goals of the business are achieved.
Liaise with airport authorities, security, and the CAAV as required.
✈ On behalf of BOD participate in the periodic meeting as requested. Perform other as assigned by BOD
