Mô tả công việc

- Key Responsibilities:
● Development and Maintenance: Lead the creation and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring the delivery of clean, efficient code that meets specifications.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end technologies.
● Performance Optimization: Improve the performance of mobile applications for optimal speed and scalability, and swiftly address any technical challenges or bugs.
● Innovation and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements, proposing innovative solutions for ongoing projects.
● Code Reviews and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews, share knowledge within theteam, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Designing and implementing mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
● Collaborating with the design team to meet end-user requirements, providing technical solutions for the development of new software features.
● Actively participating in the entire application lifecycle, from the concept and design stages through testing, release, and ongoing support.
● Integrating mobile applications with back-end services for a seamless user experience.
● Keeping abreast of new technologies, trends, and best practices in web development to continuously improve existing applications.

Yêu cầu

● At least 4 years of experience in mobile development, with a strong emphasis on React Native projects.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
● Proficiency in React Native, including a thorough understanding of mobile development best practices, lifecycle management, and component creation.
● Extensive experience with JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, event handling, and AJAX interactions.
● Basic communication skills in English for effective teamwork.
● Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
● Ability to manage third-party dependencies and debug conflicts.
● Understanding of RESTful APIs for integration with back-end services.
● Familiarity with Jira and Agile project management.
● Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Candidates with extensive experience in other mobile languages or frameworks like Swift, Kotlin and Flutter are highly desirable.
● Preference for candidates with experience in Material-UI (MUI) or similar libraries, enhancing the design and usability of web applications.

Working Conditions:
● Working hour: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
● Lunch Hour: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
Salary and Benefits:
● Salary range in Gross: 25,000,000 - 50,000,000 VND
● 13th month bonus
● 12 annual leaves / year
