OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Control and ensure invoices are issued properly.
Communicate with customer.
Prepare statement of account for local customer and send the SOA to all customers for reminder.
Customer credit monitor
Performs other duties that will be assigned
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
BOOK KEEPING & REPORTING (50%)
Scan docs and invoice and send to customer (if required).
Update bank book and cash book for AR transactions.
Record bank and cash transaction in accounting systems.
Read, check and reply email for the customers.
Solve the problem raised by the customers on the invoice and payment.
Update exchange rate in CW1 daily.
Treasurer.
Prepare statement of account for local customer and send the SOA to customer for reminder.
Update status outstanding balance for local clients for debtor report.
Filing invoices.
Prepare AR confirmation for auditing.
Find document for tax auditing (if any).
Performs other duties that will be assigned
ACCOUNTING POLICIES & COMPLIANCES (20%)
Controlling invoice issuance process
To check all invoices issue correct with debit note.
Contact and work with other departments/parties for any concerned matters.
CREDIT CONTROLLER (20%)
Support in credit application process includes support to prepare and review the credit application.
Review and control the customers payment within granted credit term.
Monitor and contact customers for remind debt and debt collection.
Update and provide weekly, monthly aging report.
SYSTEM SET UP & ADHOC PROJECTS (10%)
Support Chief accountant on build up policies and standard operation process
Review and propose for improvement plan for current processes/practices.
Support Chief accountant & take part in accounting system/processes implementation & improvement

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical
Experience in AR controlling senior levels for at least 2 years
Strong accounting background, AR analysis and have tax knowledge (VAT and e-invoice regulation)
Time management skills, organizational skills and problem solving skills
Sound knowledge in Logistics/Forwarding service
Professional skills in CW1 are preferred.
Good verbal and written English communication skills

Bachelor degree in accounting
Other: Minimum 2-3 years experiences in the same position
