- Continuously and accurately updating of domestic and export receivables amount
- Update precise amount of money collected from the Banks into Accounting system.
- Ensure that all transactions generated during the day are counted in the system within the day.
- Timely notify relevant departments about received amount in bank accounts.
- Daily report on accounts receivable for debt collection department.
- Periodical report to the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors on:
+ Revenues collected in the month.
+ Receivables base on debt age and bad debt.
- Weekly, monthly collation data between factory inventory data, customs declaration data and invoice accounting data.
- Coordinate with related departments to collate the balance as well as customers' payment situation.
- Other reports as required by the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Female, under 30 years old.
- University graduate or higher with major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance.
- At least 2-year experience as accountant in the field of Import - Export - Logistics.
- Good knowledge and expertise in Accounting.
- Good analytical and task management skills.
- Good planning, forecasting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible in working time and be able to take business trip on frequent basis.
- Good command in English, especially in accounting fields.
- Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility.
- Eager-to-learn, passionate and thriving people.
- Be able to work independently as well as teamwork.
- Honesty, humble, respect others, quickly adaptable to new technology.
