I. What you need to do:
- Ensure the accuracy and validity of invoices and documents for payment.
- Payment to merchants and vendors.
- Issue and send invoices to merchants.
- Collect invoices issued by merchants.
- Import data from vouchers, invoices into accounting software.
- Create merchant's data files, collect and update records.
- Reconcile the debt of merchants, send the debt comparison record.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory with Purchasing team.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
II. What you should have:
- Graduated from University/ College majored in Accounting/ Finance.
- At least 2+ years of experience in relevant positions.
- Good at Microsoft Office: Excel, words, power point...
- Enthusiastic and proactive and positive attitude.
- High sense of responsibility and good character.
- Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime.
