Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be in the top 1% retailers on Amazon US. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 150 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon's sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce markets from many regions like Canada, Europe, Japan. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.
OB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Revenue and receivable accounts
Understanding all revenue stream, and how the AR run.
Check and post revenue data to accounting system (BC).
Follow up and post-sales return, shortage claims from all channels to BC.
Check remittances from flatforms and book to BC.
Work directly with Operation/ Sales department for outstanding debts.
Reconcile the accounts receivable.
Prepare monthly report: AR Aging, Revenue, Sales Return reports.
2. Treasury Accountant
Follow up daily bank accounts.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and revenue.
Check, follow up and prepare payment orders on bank systems.
Download, storage bank statements, bank slips.
Upload bank slips into Base system
Reconcile bank accounts.
3. Others
Audit: Provide and explain data/ documents for audit
Other ad-hoc tasks required by upper levels.

I. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
1. Education
Bachelor of Accounting.
2. Skills
Effective communication skills.
Technical skill: good knowledge in relation to IFRS, VAS and local Tax regulations.
Strong ability to work both independently and in a team.
Strong inter-personal skills and able to relate with employees at all levels.
Diligent, hardworking, able to handle high-pressure situations.
Honest and integrity.
Logical, careful and good analysis.
Proficient in English language skills, both reading and writing.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Accounting System and ERP-365 Dynamics software.
3. Experience
4+ years' relevant professional work experience a FDI manufacturing enterprise with big size.
Working at an E-commerce company is an advantage.
