Mô tả công việc
Reception Duties :
• Ensure to be the first point of contact for answering and directing incoming telephone calls and take messages as required
• Ensure the reception area is kept clean and clear all the times
• Receive, screen and direct visitors
• Maintain booking of the conference room facilities
Vehicle Administration:
• Manage bookings of cars
• Check drivers' monthly overtime report and expense reports timely and accurately
Mail :
• Receive and send all external and internal mails and documents in a timely manner, including urgent items that may need special requirements
Suppliers :
• Purchase and manage office stationeries in a cost effective and timely manner
• Arrange delivery of plants in a cost effective and timely manner
• Arrange for maintenance of office equipments as required
• Check payments of office suppliers and services carefully and accurately
Administration Support :
• Arrange accommodation, transportation, travel tickets, visa for staffs and visitors on business trips, work permit/ resident card for expat as required
• Keep up to date information on hotels and accommodation in HN and make necessary bookings as required
• Make the payment to vendors monthly in accuracy.
• Provide assistance with other general administration duties as required
• Support HR Manager in company activities (team building, year end party...)

• Committed to achieve nil Reportable Safety Incidents in Office Services

• University graduated
• Good at communication skills (in Vietnamese and English)
• Honest, independent, careful, responsible and punctual
• Experienced in office procedure or similar role in the past is an advantage
