Nu Clinic & SoHo Nail in Hanoi is growing and we're excited to welcome 2 new Receptionist to our team! If you're friendly, professional, and enjoy working in a customer-focused environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you (or someone you know). Responsibilities:
1/ Office Administration (30%)
Handle customer inquiries Manage bookings and schedules
Maintain a clean, well-organized workspace and restock supplies Support colleagues when needed
Process payments and issue invoices
2/ Translation Support (20%)
Assist with translation and communication between staff and customers
3/ Customer Service (50%)
Shadow and support the Founder during client interactions
Take care of customer needs with warmth and professionalism
Provide after-sales support and follow-up services

Requirements:
• Female prefered, with a pleasant and professional appearance
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• Honest, hardworking, organized, responsible
