1. Cooperate with the company to do a good job in reception, responsible for the reception and
guidance of visitors and employees;
2. Responsible for floor administrative logistics, maintain a good working environment, supervise floor
energy conservation and environmental protection and cleaning work
3, responsible for work supplies, daily necessities inventory, warehousing, distribution, registration work
4. Responsible for express management and reconciliation work; responsible for inventory and selection
of drinking water and company snacks; responsible for employee interview reception, entry and exit, and
attendance work
5. Responsible for asset procurement, entry and exit, and registration management
6. Assist in organizing the company's daily activities and do a good job in internal publicity work.
Yêu cầu
1. Work experience in Chinese companies is preferred.
2. Chinese is must
3. Proficient in using Excel, Word and other work software;
4. Familiar with front desk reception etiquette and business etiquette;
5. Experience in HR administration, secretarial work, and asset management is preferred.
