Mô tả công việc
1. Reception:
- Greet clients, and visitors and direct them to desired contacts.
- Take messages when the call receiver is not available.
- Manage incoming mail/stationery and outgoing mail effectively to ensure proper of their expenses charges.
2. Administration:
- Make office expense payments.
- Arrange cars/taxis for employees to visit customers.
- Monitor the office's drinking water, keep records, and verify the bills.
3. Event organization: Birthday Party, Christmas, New Year Party, etc...
Yêu cầu
- Major: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, English, Chinese or related majors...
- A strong desire to work in HR & Admin.
- Teamwork skill, hardworking, careful and willing to learn.
- Can communicate in English or Chinese.
- Can use office equipment, good at using Microsoft Office.
