- Welcome and register the guest according to the procedure.
- Assign room and accommodate special request whenever possible
- Stay up - to -date on room rates, packages, discount and how to handle each.
- Review the room rates, room location, and types of room.
- Develop knowledge about other department , their stafng, services and hours of operation hotel.
- Promptly notify housekeeping of all late check out, early check in and special requests.
- File and post all charges to guest accounts.
- Report any unusual occurrences and request to her/his supervisor.
- Get information about of the daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel .
- Follow all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
- Handle every kind of request and complaint of the guest.
- Handle room changes according to availability.
- Control the issue of room key and conduct the inventory.
Yêu cầu
- Experience as a receptionist at a 4-5 star hotel
- Good communication in English
- Good communication, sociable, cheerful, friendly and professional
