Mô tả công việc
Position Summary:
Manage hotel recreational hotel facilities, advices guests of available activities. Processes applications for rental of meeting rooms and membership. Hires and direct activities of subordinates. Compiles record of receipts facilities. Incorporate new developments in recreation.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to take care of the services in recreation area.
2. Pool, gym, kid zones, social lounges, meeting rooms,
3. Take care of cleaning pool and gym, kid zones, meeting rooms, and social lounges.
4. Take care of safety for our guests.
5. Supervising and handling recreation teamwork experience communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
3. Trains subordinate personnel and schedules and supervises their work.
4. Schedules and collects rental payment for use by the facility.
7. Maintains communications with the Department in order to develop good public relations and to keep informed as to the recreational needs of the Hotel.
8. Ensures that only authorized persons are admitted at designated times.
9. Maintains records and prepares required reports.
