Mô tả công việc

Perform variety of attending duties at KHOS swimming pools or beach area. To work under the guidance of the Recreation Manager / Supervisor with a special emphasis in the Resort operation, policy, procedure, and standards, are maintenance
Should be flexible and ready to switch responsibilities at a moment's notice
Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
Promote the rules and regulations of the swimming pools intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members
Observe activities in the swimming pools and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency
Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform supervisor/manager
Clean and maintain swimming pools equipment and supplies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Complete safety training and certifications
Follow company policies and procedures

- Good attitude and can work under pressure
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent service oriented mind
- Guest Complaint handling skill
- Have a high responsibility in works
