Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation: Execute precise and consistent food preparation according to established recipes, ensuring high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
2. Menu Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of menu items, adhering to the restaurant's culinary standards.
3. Cooking Techniques: Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, roasting, and frying. Maintain a deep understanding of ingredient properties and flavor profiles.
4. Kitchen Organization: Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients.
5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to streamline operations and maintain a smooth workflow. Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure accurate and timely service.
