Thunder Cloud is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the company''s art projects run smoothly.
The fun part of this job is that you will need to work with Art Director, 3D head and Project leads to make the best production plan and communicate with clients as well as suppliers.
Responsibilities
● Plan detail production schedule and resource based on Projects' scope of work
● Ensure the project run according to the schedule
● Take care of clients: communicating, updating files/ projects/ revision, delivering files and receiving feedback via email, skype, phone, etc.
● Collecting Client data, project information and brief
● Looking for suppliers, negotiate and work with them to ensure the project tasks are carried out probably with the best deal
● Follow up client's projects marketing/ outcome to maximize the marketing effectiveness.
● Execute community development plan and supervise resources involved such as preparing topics/ articles/ collections provided by 3D artists, contact famous 3D artists in Vietnam and worldwide to develop community, etc.
● Support Marketing if any such as writing posts for social media (10%)
Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Requirements
● At least 1-2 years working as project coordinator or relevant experience
● Fluent in English both in writing, speaking, reading, listening
● Excellent communication and project management skill
● Structural and systematic thinking
● Friendly, Energetic, Good teamwork & independent working
● Priority for abroad students, experience in IT project coordinator is an advantage.
