Duties and Responsibilities:
HR:
- Lead key HR processes including training, recruitment, employee development.
- Set up C&B policies based on Business Development strategy.
- Manages payroll processes, including compensation and bonus schemes
- Plan & organize internal activities to enhance employee relationship.
- Responsible for the annual performance process. Ensures that benefits are administered effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures, and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements.
- Build up & enhance strong relationship with freelancers, suppliers.
Administration:
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
- Supervise & develop team member.
- Supervise internal logístics work of project for Event & Activation team.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise team member to get event license
- Responsible for office management, build up strong relationship with related supplier, partner.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD
