Mô tả công việc
• Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and experts for Medical with doctors and Retail with beauty bloggers / KOL
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for Minthacare brands on relevant channels (Social Media pages, E-Commerce, Beauty Magazines, Medical activities, etc.)
• Prepare influencer briefing: provide scope of work, brand/products information, content script, PR articles (support content translation and registration if needed)
• Coordinate projects with different teams (design, medical, digital, product specialist) to ensure high quality deliverables and accurate content
• Follow-up with influencer during projects, review deliverable and KPIs reached
• Brainstorm new creative approaches to influencer campaigns with Marketing team
• Research emerging trends and influencers
• Animate, present and lead the influencer activation online and offline (lead interview with KOL in front of camera or on-site)
• Be the face of Bioderma to present the brand and the products on online channels when requested
• Respect Marketing campaign strategy and brands identities
Other duties
You'll be asked to be flexible and multitasks. Other missions may include:
• Prepare reports on each Influencer activations
• Support Digital Officer to build Influencer campaign online
• Animate activation events (skin analysis, VIP event, event with KOL & BB, etc) on POS
• Event organization related tasks (such as materials preparation, invitations)
• Contribute to the marketing contents concept development (brainstorming, provide insight, contribution to improve the process and materials) with the team.
• Follow process of validation and approval with Marketing Director
• Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes

Quyền lợi được hưởng
• Salary: 15 - 18 million gross (Negotiable)
• Full SHUI of Basic salary
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experienced in a similar position.
• Achieve the quantity materials define in the marketing campaign
• Respect the dead line set by the manager and the planning of the campaign.
• Have a high level of knowledge on the brand and products (minimal of 85% of result at the test)
• Managers appreciation on the autonomy, attitude, communication, quality of work and execution, planning, problem solve and flexibility
• Good presentation and communication skills to animate KOL activations (during livestream).
• Managers appreciation on the customer insights understanding, strategic KOL contents planning
• Good in English
• Working place: 5th Floor, 119 - 121 Ung Van Khiem, 25 Ward, Binh Thanh District, HCMC
• Working time: 9h00 - 18h00 (from Monday to Friday)
