JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop, manage and execute the launch plan for new products, new products enhancements and new market segments to ensure cross-functional internal alignment and readiness.
Working cross-functionally to define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan, including positioning, policy, launch strategy, and PR.
Evaluate and execute marketing campaigns that achieve awareness and demand generation goals
Work with internal and external production teams on scope of work, project timeline, and resourcing needed for effective execution.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to achieve goals.
Source, negotiate and manage relationships and contracts with third-party partners and internal teams. Document and communicate marketing plans to all stakeholders.
Evolve quarterly roadmaps by proposing and fostering new creative and innovative ideas to continually improve business results.
Manage the end-to-end build of marketing programs by collaborating with creative teams, product marketing, and agency partners
Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations.
Utilize best practices, campaign analysis tools, and hypothesis testing to continually improve campaign performance. Communicate results and learnings with all stakeholders.
Act as the main POC for the Marketing team across the organization and be a go-to resource for campaign updates, general communication, and project management.
