OVERVIEW
Planning and successful implementation of PR & Marketing activities for the company. Working closely with whole PR Team and Headquarter Communication Team to plan and implement effective PR activities in support of the company''s business objectives and thus participating in building up overall positive public image of the company.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Be responsible for PR strategy, plan and implementation of specific product campaigns in order to support to solve business objectives; manage PR product line's given budget
- Cooperate in implementation of overall PR strategy & plan from headquarters & local directions
- Support PR team to manage the company''s reputation through planning, developing and implementing specific local PR activities and programs
- Be responsible for PR content planning, production, detailed execution and performance during campaigns, directly report and ensure every key learning be well improved in next campaigns
- Organize and manage media events: planning and handling press conferences, media trips, media visits etc.
- Build and maintain the professional contact management towards the decision-makers and journalists, publishers and PR agencies
- Handle local media questions on routine topics within a given procurement and Communication crisis as well as customer's complaints under the leader's/ manager's guidance
- Be the person in charge in the content building: Corporate PR stories (localized from HQ and well adapted with local culture), Product PR stories and company CSR activities
- Support in other Marketing campaigns on demand
Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- Deep understanding of concept of PR profession (PR article and related copywriting capacity)
- Reasonable, proven relationship to the media (journalists and media decision-makers)
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Marketing, Journalism
- Minimum three years of experience at the relevant position, proven track record is a must
- Excellent planning, time management skills; skills required to handle office works
- Communicative, well-structured personality with the acceptance to be the high performing member of PR team
- Persistent, performance-driven and solution-oriented
- Fluent in English (full oral and written command)
- Working independently as well as great team player; can work under high pressure.
- Highly trustworthy and energetic, proactive and enthusiastic
