Assist and Support the Senior Development Manager and Project manager in assessing the suitability of land and asset acquisitions against the technical and financial/budgetary objectives outlined,...
Project administration in review of project claims and input of payments.
Assist with administering agreements for development, site plans, building permits etc, and advice of new regulation that may arise.
Assist & Support the Project Manager in managing the projects in Vietnam in the following areas: #Coordinate project management activities internally and with consultants & contractors and assist with schedule management.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Assist & Support the Project Manager in reporting to the Senior Projects Development Managers
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Leasing, Marketing, Accounting etc.)
Support the Development Team in the issuance and response to RFIs from consultants.
Monitor budgets and deliverables ensuring contractual agreements are maintained.
Organizing meetings and taking minutes of meeting when required.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Maintain and update records such as binders, documents, and project databases.
Ensure standards and requirements set for the projects are met.
Tracking and managing messages and paperwork.
