Mô tả công việc

Set up chairs, cushions and umbrellas in pool area, beach
Towels to be set up on chairs at beach and pool area for guests
Take care of towels to move out and in everyday and pay attention to the change of the climate and move cushions and towels inside to avoid their being wet.
Staff on duty at the pool & beach
Send used towels to Laundry for washing everyday with handover book and received new ones for serve guests
Clean all villa pools and public pool accordingly to the method of water process.
Take care of safety for guests in the swimming pool and in the sea
Control all borrowed towels from guests and make sure they are all returned
Organize Kayaks, paddling boards for guest in the sea
Clean all chairs, umbrellas daily.
Combine with outsource water sports company to organize water sports for guests
Staff on duty for outdoor activities
Take care of charging guest when the guests use our water sports services
Organize volley ball, beach football and other game for guests
Disclaimer is given to the guests to avoid risk
Organize team building games accordingly to guests' requests
Bicycle service
Staff for Sauna and steam bath
Towels to be prepared before to serve guests
Following bookings from guests, organize sauna room and steam bath for guests accordingly
Guests registration paper to be ready on the desk for guest registration and give signature to use the service.
Solve problems happening to staffs and guests
Help Manager organize and handle all recreation services & activities
Report to manager by speaking and procedure

Yêu cầu

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Strong English language skills in both written and oral
Knowledge about Fitness facilities and skills
Good Interpersonal Skills
Able to swim
CPR / First Aid certification required
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Physical Education or equivalent
Problem solving and organizational abilities
2 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
