Manage full cycle recruiting process for roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Screen candidates and coordinate team interviews.
Partner closely with the Hiring Managers to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest marketing, operations, sales and IT talented heads.
Demonstrate exceptional sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent.
Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data-driven updates with key partners.

Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with high attention-to-detail.
1+ years of fast-paced, high volume recruiting experience.
Driven with a "get it done" attitude.
Business acumen to confidently identify strong candidates.
