Mô tả công việc

1. Coordinate with respective traders on the daily biz and follow up the task of Trade Admin, such as;
a. Sending Business Confirmation and Sale Contract for both CNF and Local trade.
b. Fixing final CNF flat price, fix FX and local price with local buyer
c. Following up necessary contract Amendments (shipment extension, LC extension, payment extension, warehouse extension...)
d. Following up pricing order file
e. Sending provisional price
f. Sending Final flat price
g. Updating Monthly Executed Volume
2. Supervise the team to coordinate with external stakeholders, such as insurance company for arranging logistics and delivery, insuring of cargos and claims, suppliers and buyers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of cargo from contract execution to discharge of cargo including processing and checking of import documentation and nomination of vessel.
3. Supervise the team to follow up the executions on the shipping docs and payment for the whole CNF trade.
4. Supervise the team to prepare and submit necessary import/export shipping documents and coordinate with forwarder/logistics company to perform customs clearance and other import formalities.
5. Supervise the team to coordinate with relevant parties and departments to process all deliveries and payments, and update invoices / debit or credit notes into system, calculate the final PNL and report to traders and management.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree. Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related field is preferred
5+ years of experience in International Trade Execution, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar
Knowledge & Technical Skills:
• Good knowledge in letter of credit, UCP rules & ISBP, Incoterms, and contract execution concept.
• Knowledge in import and export logistics and practices
• Knowledge in shipping and international practices like C/P terms and its relation to sales / purchase of contracts, laytime calculations, C/P B/L requirements, and insurance classifications.
• Knowledge in regulatory landscape and governing rules
• Basic knowledge on Legal and Accounting terms in relation to sales contracts and execution, dispute and resolution
