Recruiter

Position Summary:
This role will be based in Vietnam and will focus on recruiting all exempt positions throughout the Company, going from administrative roles all the way to mid-level management, directors and up to executive positions. Some responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, presenting candidates to the hiring manager, scheduling interviews, as well as other duties aimed at providing recruiting services to CST. The recruiter must be able to work independently and limited supervision. The position is classified as salary exempt, reporting to the VP of Global Human Resources.
Position Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process for all authorized positions within the company.
• Support the organization in all sourcing and candidate screening efforts.
• Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager and schedule the corresponding interviews.
• Serve as a liaison between the candidate, the hiring manager, and the corresponding HR representative of the location the vacancy is located in.
• Follow-up with all involved parties to make sure the recruitment process is successful.
• Provide candidates with a good image of CST by providing them with a positive candidate experience.
• Completing reports, records and logs pertaining to applicant flow process.
• Managing internal posting and similar programs.
