What can you do:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate and schedule interviews, as well as communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of required paperwork.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures.
Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and events for employees.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR records.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Requirement:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus.
