1) Research, build, update and improve the content of training materials
2) Updating, storing and preserving training materials
3) Participate in direct training according to the plan and according to the actual needs arising
4) Do the recruitment activities
5) Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu
Job Requirement
1) University graduation
2) At least 3 year-experience in training field.
3) Good communication skills (both English and Vietnamese)
4) Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
5) Passion and interest in Human Resource field
6) Organized mind, orderly, detail & result focus, flexibility
Other benefits:
- Leave 2-3 Saturdays per month, work only -6 hours on every Saturday.
- Have shuttle car for both Vinhphuc and Hanoi Staffs.
- Child support for employees with children under 6 years old,
- After each year of employment, there will be seniority benefits, receiving bonus for every 6 months, 1,3,5,7,10 years of working
- Join company summer travel every year
- Accident Insurance for all official employees.
- Others according to the company's regulations.
