Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist

You're not just a bridge in recruitment or a builder of internal culture-you're the storyteller shaping and spreading our image as an "Employer of Choice." This role combines three essential functions: efficient recruitment, employee engagement, and employer branding (EB), with the ultimate goal of attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding (40%)
Develop sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, referrals, and more to attract high-quality candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from job postings, resume screening, interviews, to offers and onboarding.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs, draft job descriptions, and standardize selection processes.
Implement the onboarding program for new hires, including documentation, training, feedback collection, and facilitating smooth integration.
Create engaging employer branding content: videos, articles, employee stories, and cultural initiatives that align with the company's values.
2. Employer branding (60%)
Organize cultural initiatives, team-building events, recognition programs, and foster a supportive, collaborative internal environment.
Enhance employee experience by responding to inquiries about company policies and benefits, boosting workplace morale.
Conduct engagement surveys, gather feedback, and propose improvements to strengthen employee connectedness and belonging.
