Are you ready to launch your career in recruitment? We're seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern (3-month Contract) to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while being trained by industry experts in sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment processes.
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you'll help build a pipeline of top talent and support the hiring process across various roles. This is your chance to develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, professional environment, with exposure to diverse industries and roles.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Source candidates through online databases, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
Engage with passive candidates and maintain relationships to build a pipeline for future opportunities.
Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach, and present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand job requirements and target the right talent pool.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status using the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
